Second Life

At the moment there is just one method for realtime collaborative design and modeling of seasteads, via the software Second Life. There is a Second Life group dedicated to seasteading (called Seastead design), and an 8096 square meter area of flooded land available to this group's members for building in the South East corner of the region Everlite.
