I wonder what the basic minimum accepted level of medical and health care per Seastead of about 50-100 people? Or less for smaller Seasteads?

For future Seastead 'Cities', indervidual Seasteads can be designated as specialised 'Medical Facilities'. Supporting the surrounding Seasteads with more comprehensive health care and facilities.
