Description

Very similar to User:Patri/Dumbbell, except the top hull is shaped like the bowl of a martini glass.

Requirements Analysis

Everything is the same as the User:Patri/Dumbbell, except:

  • Comfort - Good solar characteristics, because rooms in the top hull can get light from either the inside or outside (because of the large hollow area). The hollow area can be covered and used as an atrium / greenhouse.
  • Cost - Seems a little more difficult to construct, may be more expensive.
  • Pretty - Very pretty.
  • Modular
    • Harder to join, as we can only join at the top lip. (Perhaps brace connections at lower decks using spacers?)
    • If top deck is made round, also harder to join. (If a polygon, not bad harder.)
