This page should include information about basalt rebar reinforced concrete. Basalt does not rust like iron and has a much lower density and thus basalt rebar is beneficial in marine concrete projects such as seawalls. It may also be relevant for some seasteading concrete applications. Basalt rebar is usually more expensive than iron rebar. There may also be other engineering disadvantages, such as cyclic wave loading in a floating structure, I have not seen any information regarding this.
