: Probably, though it might take some time.  A big part of what is going on is that they keep printing more US dollars and so what they can buy (steel or labor) keeps going down.  The other answer is that at this stage in the game an estimate that was right within a factor of 2 or 3 is good enough to make me happy for now.  I just want some idea of pricing to see what ideas seem possible. Probably, though it might take some time. A big part of what is going on is that they keep printing more US dollars and so what they can buy (steel or labor) keeps going down. The other answer is that at this stage in the game an estimate that was right within a factor of 2 or 3 is good enough to make me happy for now.
