User talk:Wesley Bruce/Submersible

Jump to: navigation, search

I moved this proposal to its own page from "Category:Semisubmersable". This should have it's own page and leave the category page (which should have been spelled "Semisubmersible" or "Semi-Submersible") open for a description of the category as a whole. I changed it to "Submersible" because the design is capable of completely submerging. A true semi-submersible can only ever be partially submerged at any given time. I will also soon be adding a new category for "Submersible" and correcting the spelling on the category "Semi-Submersible".

I meant no offense by this change, I'm just trying to help clean up this portion of the wiki. --DM8954 22:28, 30 March 2009 (UTC)

Hi Wesley, we love to see the wiki get better because of its users, thanks! One thing, you could consider re-registering as user "Wesley Bruce" instead of DM8954. When writing on your user page, it gives this warning: "User account "Wesley Bruce" is not registered. Please check if you want to create/edit this page.". BTW, didn't know you were the inventor of the Bubble ponds, cool :) Would it be an idea to incorporate those pages on this wiki?

I know this page/edit is super old now but I never saw this edit/response. I don't really remember making the edit above but that does sound like my 'voice'. I just wanted to confirm that I am not Wesley Bruce. The IP address guest below appears to be and that's not me but he likely deleted his account after making that edit and before I made the changes above. [9.5 years already, wow!] --DM8954 (talk) 16:41, 12 October 2018 (UTC)

Don't all declare me, wesley Bruce, insane at once. Take turns. :-) The idea needs to be looked at because it may be a cheaper option than going up over the waves. Floating farms, my Bubbles [1] are compatible. Plants don't get the bends. Sinking the sea stead needs to be looked at.
