Below shows two suggested locations for seasteading. On the Doldrums, close to shipping lanes, on the biggest ocean, in between the two largest landmasses on Earth but relatively close to the Pole of Inaccesibility.

1) Amidst many Central and South American EEZs. Pro: as close to the Panama Canal as possible to relieve traffic and serve as a transhipment port. Con: Own EEZ reduced and possibly threatened. 2) "Out in the open" some 400 nautical miles west of Galapagos.
